Which macOS versions are supported?
DockNest requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. We recommend keeping your system up to date for the best experience.
Does DockNest collect any data?
No. DockNest works entirely offline and collects zero personal data. No analytics, no accounts, no data ever leaves your Mac. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
How do I reset DockNest to its default settings?
You can reset all settings by running the following command in Terminal, then restarting the app:
defaults delete app.docknest.DockNest
The app is not appearing in my dock after installation. What should I do?
Try the following steps:
- Make sure you have moved DockNest.app to your /Applications folder
- Launch the app manually from Finder or Spotlight once
- Check System Settings → Privacy & Security to confirm the app is allowed to run
- Restart your Mac and relaunch DockNest
How do I uninstall DockNest?
Simply drag DockNest.app from your Applications folder to the Trash. To also remove preference files, run:
defaults delete app.docknest.DockNest
I found a bug. How do I report it?
